    GastroSprint can now be connected to WinOrder.

    • The WinOrder connection connects your GastroSprint online ordering website with WinOrder.

    Automatic kitchen and receipt printing for Mac and Windows

    New orders can be automatically printed as a kitchen receipt - even when the dashboard is closed.

    • The GastroSprint Print app connects existing printers to the restaurant account and continues to run in the background.
    • The dashboard provides clear printer management, connection status and test print.

    Free gastro tools for everyday restaurant life

    Four practical tools help with calculation, portal comparison, tip distribution and Google reviews.

    • The cost of goods sold calculator determines ingredient costs, cost of goods sold ratio and a suitable net target price.
    • The Lieferando commission calculator compares portal commissions with the fixed GastroSprint costs based on transparently stated assumptions.
    • The tip calculator distributes tips evenly, according to working hours or role factor and allows export as a CSV file.
    • The QR code generator creates QR codes and print sheets for Google reviews directly in the browser.

    Welcome package with 1,000 voucher cards

    To start with, every plan comes with 1,000 personalized voucher cards free of charge.

    • The cards can be included with existing orders and lead guests to their own online ordering website via QR code.
    • For Growth and Complete, the same QR code also leads to the restaurant app.
    • We agree on the voucher value, validity and redemption conditions together before printing.

    Growth and Complete available

    GastroSprint now offers three packages for direct orders, restaurant app and website.

    • GastroSprint Growth combines an online ordering website and its own restaurant app for 119 euros net per month.
    • GastroSprint Complete complements Growth with a modular restaurant website for 149 euros net per month plus 499 euros net setup.
    • Prices, services and inquiry channels are obtained centrally from a common package configuration.

    Public GastroSprint knowledge base

    The new help bundles tested step-by-step instructions for everyday restaurant life in a publicly accessible location.

    • 15 core articles explain orders, menu, delivery zones, opening times and controlled AI menu import.
    • A local full-text search takes into account titles, content, synonyms, typical user questions and minor typos.
    • The knowledge base can be found by people and search systems via the footer, sitemap and llms.txt.
  7. In development

    Agentic GastroSprint

    We are preparing an MCP layer that makes GastroSprint accessible to Agentic AI in a controlled manner.

    • Operating data should be analyzed in a targeted manner and potential identified in a structured manner.
    • Approved measures should be triggered in a controlled manner via Agentic AI.
    • The MCP layer has not yet been published and is listed as being in development until the product is released.

    From now on we will document important product changes and new functions in a fixed location.

    • New features receive a clear release date.
    • Important improvements are described with their concrete effects.
